A competent but family/child friendly and flexible cook is required for a private household based near Stow on the Wold. The clients arrive on 31st August, so 30th August is needed to prep/shop. Accommodation can be provided locally for someone who is not local. Driver preferred (with own car) due to the rural location, but not essential.
We have a really wonderful and kind client who is searching for a Full Time, Permanent Live in/Out Housekeeper/Cook is required for a large 11 bedroom property near Cheltenham. Accommodation can be provided in a lovely 2 bed, 2 bathroom property (partners considered, but no pets or children), with all bills covered. Alternatively, the family are happy for a local live out candidate, but the candidate must be happy to stay overnight at the property for regular house sitting over weekends. (The candidate will not be able to bring their own pet so best for someone with no ties who is free to do this).
Live in travelling chef/cook required - must have EU or dual citizenship - London, Switzerland, USA and Bahamas. They live 90-120 days in London, the rest between the other locations. This is for an extremely formal Italian household and the client is meticulous with cleanliness so the chef needs to be super organised, and work in a very clean and tidy way. The chef should be able to work to last minute requests and changes easily and calmly. The chef will need to live with the clients, and travel with them. If the chef has their own property in London they can live out in London, but at the other destinations this would be a live in travel role. They have 3 grown up children and a dog.
A permanent, live out, housekeeper is required Monday – Friday/Saturday for 3 hours per day (morning/afternoon to suit the candidate) for a busy high profile family of five in a large 5 bedroom household in Oxfordshire (near Wallingford/Didcot). Candidate must be local to the area and have a car to get there. This is a busy role and the housekeeper must have had previous experience in private households/used to working to hotel standards.
