A cook and assistant will be required from 23rd - 27th December - first meal most likely dinner on 23rd, last meal lunch on 27th December (to be discussed).

11 adults and 5 children - to do breakfast, lunch, dinner - possible earlier childrens teas as well - on Christmas Day will be a traditional Christmas style British lunch (turkey and trimmings etc) - all served family style but will depend on the meal, Christmas Eve dinner might be more formal - but really good, modern style food enjoyed, healthy, fresh, colourful etc.

The client is very happy for someone to come with an assistant to help them to lay and clear the tables, do washing up etc as appreciates the numbers are large and it is going to be busy. We are looking for a really organised, reliable, presentable cook who is capable of cooking over the busy Christmas period, is going to be able to get there regardless of cold/wet weather etc and not pull out at the last moment!

Accommodation will be provided. The cook will need their own car to get there and come with the assistant - they will need to be happy to share a room. If it is two cooks to work together and help with everything that is fine too.
