Two members of waiting staff required for a formal Dinner Party in a private home. Hours 7pm - approx 11pm (possibly a little later). There will be x14 guests, to arrive at 8pm, to eat at 8.30pm. Jobs will include: Opening door & taking coats. Champagne & canapés to start, followed by 3-course dinner. - serving food and drink throughout Table will already be laid; to wear smart black outfit. Wine & water pouring at the table. Clearing plates, serving plates. Tea/coffee afterwards to be served in drawing room. Help with clearing dining room. The chef will also help and is full time there so will know where things go. You will need to be a driver with a car to get there. 110% reliability required.
