Excellent chef who excels at cooking healthy, fresh, Italian or Mediterranean style food, who is capable of catering to differing diet requirements, allergies and can be flexible with numbers. Up to 14 people, could be more or less at times and meals required will be breakfast, lunch, childrens tea and adult dinner. Sharing style platters.
A very good, competent, reliable, friendly and organised cook is required for a busy weekend in the Cotswolds. Friday 29th November (from children’s tea) - Sunday 1st December (until after lunch) . The clients are hosting a 50th over the weekend and will have a house full. They will be shooting but the catering for the shoot will be taken care of by the shoot cook. This cook is required for cooking the house. Numbers in the house tbc but will be canapés and cocktails then dinner for 30approx on the Saturday night so the clients are happy for a cook to come with a sous chef to help.
