Two cooks required for a busy multi generational family holiday in a Chateau in France.

Numbers will be between 14, and 18. This would probably suit two cooks who are just finishing a cooking course or similar, or just done a ski season and keen to work a busy week making lots of lovely buffet style spreads, but also happy to serve and clear at meals and work as a team. A lovely, British, friendly family - nothing over fancy needed. No dietary requirements. No early suppers for youngsters.

Simple family fare using all the good local produce - buffet style breakfast 0900 - 1030 , salady style lunches, 2 course dinner possibly with canapés as a starter.

At least one part of the pair must drive.

Tasks will include shopping (driving to the shops), cooking, laying and clearing tables, washing up, keeping kitchen clean and tidy.

The client is happy to hire a car for the cook or the cook can use theirs - driving licence absolutely essential. Airport disstances: Cognac (1hr.30) Limoges (1hr 10mins) Bordeaux (2hr.20)

First meal will be dinner on 17th July, last meal breakfast on 24th July. The earliest date the cooks can arrive will be 17th July. Accommodation provided on site - you must be happy to share a room and bathroom with each other.
