A Housekeeper is required to work at a private home in Normandy, France from 7-20 August 2026 inclusive. Accommodation will be provided, and travel covered. Jobs will invoice making the beds and cleaning in the mornings - the weekends will be busier, but weekdays usually just two people - so during the week it will be just cleaning in the morning and some laundry/ironing each day.

6/7 bedroom home - weekends full (Fri-Monday) and weekdays quiet with just the 2 principals

Some household ironing / laundry

Cleaning the home, keeping it looking in good order

Bedding changed after weekend and most taken to dry cleaning for the next changeover

The regular cleaning lady (who is 80) will come and help 9am-1pm

No pets at the property

No need to drive or speak French Bedroom in the house - top floor with shower loo etc

£150/day to work 8 hour days + return travel covered

Must enjoy housekeeping and have some previous experience in similar roles. Professional and discreet attitude essential.
