Hours are 7.30am - 3/4pm. To cook breakfast to order, and produce smoothies as per exact recipe from client. To prepare Lunch and Dinner for 2 people in glass pyrex dishes that clients reheat for the next day. Beautiful, refined presentation required. The client is calorie conscious and can change their mind alot, so the chef must be used to working for high profile clients and be flexible with changing menus and excessive dietary preferences, calorie counting as well. The chef will need to produce the menu 3 days prior and must be prepared that the menu may change, and the client may ask for several different menus before the final one is decided on. It is only cooking for two people.
