Cook required from dinner on Friday 15th August, to breakfast on Friday 22nd August 2025 at Holbeton (PL8 1). 6 adults and 5 children. The clients will do all the children teas/suppers, but the cook will need to be happy to do the shopping, cooking, presenting, laying and clearing tables, serving etc, keep kitchen clean and tidy for breakfast, lunch and supper. Family style but good modern food - Ottolenghi style.
27th July 2025 - Chef required near Horsham (RH13 6). 15 people, 80th Birthday party - lunch. Canapes/nibbles, buffet style main spread and pudding, a cake would also be good. Guests arrive 1pm. They do not need waiting staff. Would like the chef to also hire plates, glasses cutlery and if it is raining then a gazebo, if possible from the same hire place.
A friendly, capable cook is required for a busy household weekend consisting of 8 adults, 10 children. Lunches, kids tea and Supper. First meal is lunch on 18th, last meal is lunch on 20th. Ottenleghi style, Mediterranean, Salads, BBQ etc. The client can do the shopping so a car is not essential. They are near Tiverton parkway train station and very happy to collect someone.
