A Housekeeper is required to work at a private home in Normandy, France from 7-20 August 2026 inclusive. Accommodation will be provided, and travel covered. Jobs will invoice making the beds and cleaning in the mornings - the weekends will be busier, but weekdays usually just two people - so during the week it will be just cleaning in the morning and some laundry/ironing each day.
Two cooks required for a busy multi generational family holiday in a Chateau in France.
Numbers will be between 14, and 18. This would probably suit two cooks who are just finishing a cooking course or similar, or just done a ski season and keen to work a busy week making lots of lovely buffet style spreads, but also happy to serve and clear at meals and work as a team. A lovely, British, friendly family - nothing over fancy needed. No dietary requirements. No early suppers for youngsters.
A cook is required in St Tropez for a private household - 12th - 24th July. The cook will be working with another chef (who will be doing vegetarian food) as there are expected to be quite a few people. It is just family service and family cooking. This chef will focus on meat/fish dishes to compliment the vegetarian food. Adults and children. Generally Mediterranean style. You will work closely with the other chef, and should be confident and capable of managing independently if required. Fully staffed household. Driver not essential but beneficial. Cook will do shopping, cooking, keep kitchen clean etc.
Family style cook, with lots of flexibility, required at a private home in Châteauneuf de Grasse, South of France (near Cannes). Ideally from 7 July - 4 September, but some flexibility is OK on start and finish dates. Cooking for family and a few guests. Numbers will vary but from 1 - 14 people, and the cook should be flexible to any last minute changes or additions. The cook must be a driver, and happy to drive in France in the work vehicle provided (must have automatic licence). This job would be best suited to a cook who has recently done a cooking course or ski season in a chalet.
A good capable cook / chef is required for a privately owned Estate in Scotland. Cooking for family and guests, but really good quality food is required, and good presentation. It is important the chef is capable and experienced, and has done jobs like this before - and happy to follow the clients requests and likes/dislikes. It is also essential you are happy working in a team and get on well with the long term family staff members.
