A live out cook is required for two couples on holiday with their children between 31st July - 7th August 2026. Informal, platter, relaxed Ottolenghi style food. Cook to do all shopping, cooking, serving and clearing. 7 adults (3 of these are nannies and may eat with the children), 4 newborn babies (not needing to be cooked for but they will be in the house!) plus 3 toddlers (3 and 2 year olds). Breakfast, lunch, childrens tea (the nannies will help with serving and clearing this), adult dinner. The children eat things like salmon, chicken, pasta - all home made. The adults enjoy organic local produce but nothing overly fancy needed. just really good home style food - BBQs, good salads and meats - healthy - not lots of dairy/cream/heavy food. On 31st July they check in at 4pm, they would love the cook to arrive a bit before that and be ready with childrens tea when they get there. On the last day they check out after breakfast. Childrens tea is usually around 5.30pm, adult supper will be around 7.30pm. They will not be having hugely late evenings as they have 2 sets of twins (newborns!) in the house. On 6th July it is one of the adults birthdays so they would love something a bit more special that day. They may possibly have some local guests coming for the odd lunch. The cook should be happy to menu plan, shop, cook, serve, clear and wash up/keep kitchen clean. There is no accommodation so the cook needs to be local with a car.
