A cook (the same cook) is required for two large buffet style parties on 16th and 23rd May 2025 for approx 16 people. They are dinners around 7.30pm. The cook can use the clients kitchen to prep during the day. The cook needs to be present throughout, and be there to platter up the food and help with clearing up the kitchen and washing up their cooking equipment etc.

The cook should be capable of catering to different dietary requirements - including one gluten free and one vegan, and able to offer a variety of seasonal, healthy organic dishes. All meat and fished to be sourced from good quality organic shops.

The chef will need to menu plan, shop, come to the house and prep for the day and be there to plate up the food and stay until the pudding has been served and kitchen clean.

Good references essential and 100% commitment required. Day rate + ingredients.
