We’re seeking an extremely experienced private chef who can provide freelance cover in a UHNW household in London. The family would also be interested in hiring someone on a permanent basis if it was the right fit.

The required style is beautifully executed, simple, healthy food – nothing Michelin or overly complex, but still refined, elegant, and consistently excellent. The family particularly enjoy Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, and ideally we’d like someone with a strong interest in nutrition, seasonal ingredients, and presentation, plus confidence with baking (breads, cakes, puddings, and daily treats). Someone who can offer variety and adapt to the needs of the client is essential. A flexible and confident chef is essential - someone who is used to working in a fast paced demanding role is absolutely essential.

• Christmas period: 13 December – 3 January - on a yacht in the Maldives, no days off and shared cabin

• February half term: 10 – 21 February - in Courchevel

• Additional ad-hoc dates throughout 2025/2026 to fill in for the household chef in South Kensington, London
