A capable chef is required for a (grouse) shoot weekend.
28th August - afternoon tea (cake and sandwiches), formal dinner (canapes and 3 courses)
29th August - breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea (cake and sandwiches), formal dinner (canapes and 3 courses)
30th August - breakfast and lunch
15 Adults to cater for. Chef will do the shopping/ordering, cooking, plating up etc and keeping the kitchen clean, their own pots and pans etc washed up. There will be other staff doing front of house. Good British style food that is seasonal and fresh - nothing over complicated but presentation needs to be really good and you should have done jobs similar before.
Accommodation available in nearby travel lodge. Cook must be a driver with a car.
