Cook required 20 July – 11 August, near Nice France (the client would also consider hiring two friends to share the role if they are happy to share a twin room). The candidate can arrive on 19th July to get sorted. Guests arrive from 20th July.

A cook/s is required for a Private Home near Nice, France for a Private client – discretion and professionalism essential with a flexible attitude

First week there will be about 10 people including teenage boys who will be hungry, so lots of food needed!
Second/Third week there will be about 8 adults – flexibility required on numbers
Informal, relaxed family style sharing food – but done well and presented beautifully – salads, Roast Chickens, BBQs etc using the local produce
Open plan, client facing kitchen
Breakfast, lunch (sometimes picnic style for them to have on the boat), light snacks pre supper and supper
There is a full time live in couple at the property who will help front of house/laying and clearing tables
Cook to do shopping, menu planning, cooking, presenting of food and washing up of kitchen items, keeping the kitchen clean
No known dietary requirements, just good all round seasonal cooking required
Must drive (manual car provided, so must have manual driving licence) and be confident driving in France to go to the shops and get all the food fresh
Accommodation provided on site – twin beds and own bathroom If it is two people together you would need to split the fare for one person and do the job together
