SATURDAY 4th JULY cook and helper needed at Henley. It would be for a Lunch style picnic at the Henley Royal Regatta for 10-12 people in the cricket field by the Leanda Club. The clients daughter is rowing and they are hosting her friends (17/18 year olds). Ottolenghi style salads, coronation chicken, fillet of beef - all cold - buffet style, A couple of puddings as well Cook will need to prep the food off site and bring their own platters and serving spoons, and set up and present the food at the site (table/small pop up tent will be provided) The guests will eat off disposable plates, ideally the cook will get these The cook/helper will need to be there to serve, clear up and can go with someone else to help them The client (mum) will bring all the bottles of water/etc in her car They have a kitchen in a local air bandb if the cook needs to use this for prep Lunch is to be ready for 12pm They will be back for afternoon tea but the mum is going to get sandwiches from Gails for this.
