DRIVER WITH CAR REQUIRED. 3-4 people plus occasional guests. Adults and children aged 6-10 years. Informal environment, but large household. Platter style seasonal summery informal but nice food. Bfast, lunch, dinner. Bfast around 8.30/9am, lunch around 12.30-1pm, dinner around 5.30/6pm. Eaten in the kitchen, all open plan to where the cook will be working. Healthy Mediterranean style food required. The cook will need to be flexible around meal times, and some days the clients might go out etc. Number of guests TBC.

Good, organic produce and use of some of the garden fruit and veg preferred. A nice friendly person that will fit into a busy household with children. There might be a dog at the property so the cook must be happy around dogs. Accommodation available.
