A good, organised and reliable cook is required to cook a cold buffet style lunch on 25th December for 18 people, and a warm Christmas Dinner for 12 people on 25th December.

The lunch will be ham, salads and other cold style dishes and the dinner will be 3 courses - starter, turkey and trimmings and then pudding. Fully staffed household with help front of house. The cook will need to help with menu planning, alongside the client, then putting together order lists, coming to the house to prep on 24th and the cook on 25th leaving the kitchen clean at the end - the cook will need to wash up all their own cooking utensils/pots/pans etc. They will not need to do any front of house.

The lunch and dinner are in different houses 4 miles apart. The cook can prepare the food in the house they are doing the lunch, and help can be given to transport the dinner food to the 2nd house, and the cook will then finish in that 2nd house kitchen. Accommodation is available overnight on 24th and 25th (if needed).

The cook will be able to come to the house on 24th December to prep.

The cook should have their own car.
