Friday: children’s tea, adult dinner

Family style, platter style food, using the garden produce is very important and really good food produce, so the cook needs to be passionate about cooking seasonally and happy to cook with what is growing/available at the house at the time.

To do menu planning in line with clients requirements, shopping (but using a lot of produce from the Estate), really good quality ingredients absolutely essential, to do cooking, presenting food and clearing up kitchen equipment and utensils. There will be assistance with front of house. This would suit a discreet, organised cook that is passionate about using local seasonal produce. Must be used to working in large private homes. They are not looking for a top 'chef' more of a really good home style cook that likes using garden produce. You will need your own car to get there, be able to work independently and be reliable and very good at communicating with the client before the weekend.
