A cook is required for a busy weekend on 3rd and 4th August 2024.

Saturday childrens tea - numbers TBC
Saturday Dinner - substantial canapes then main course and pudding sit down - 24 people
Sunday bfast/brunch - 24 adults plus children (number tbc)
Sunday to leave sandwiches prepped for cricket match

Chef to do: menu planning, shopping, cooking, plating up, clearing up kitchen etc. There will be assistance from household staff with serving and clearing but the cook must be capable and able to cater for large numbers. Not fine dining, relaxed food but seasonal and using produce from the garden. The cook must be flexible and happy if numbers go up or down.
