Excellent chef who excels at cooking healthy, fresh, Italian or Mediterranean style food, who is capable of catering to differing diet requirements, allergies and can be flexible with numbers. An unflappable approach is essential. You must also be very organised and tidy in the kitchen and family friendly! The cook must be child friendly, experienced, passionate about creative cooking and producing beautiful, fresh, modern style dishes. The cook must be able to drive and make use of the local produce. The chef will need to do the shopping, cooking, serving, clearing and washing up in the kitchen/keeping the kitchen clean. The chef must be happy for people to come in and out of the kitchen.
