Two House Keepers/Front of House assistants are required in a large busy household in the Cotswolds ( near Stow on the Wold) over the busy December/Christmas period. Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar role, or have worked on super yachts as a Housekeeper/Host. We are looking for two people to do this role, the two people do not need to know each other so please apply as a single person if you are interested.

Hours approx 6.30am-8.30pm. Working under the main housekeeper/manager, following her direction but having the ability to use your own initiative and work really well in the team is essential - the household requires happy, friendly, team players as it is a busy job and so there is no time for drama!

Duties will be varied and will include housekeeping (cleaning, stripping and making beds, ironing, tidying, laying and clearing tables, serving food and drink, tidying up mess and toys etc, clearing up rubbish, just all round help. Everything to be done to a very high standard, and efficiently as it is a busy role. As the family have 3 children, it is important this person is able to be friendly and calm around the children, and happy to clear up their mess!

Main family are 1 adult and 3 children aged 6 - 11ish. They also have a dog so you must be dog/child friendly. They will have family and friends coming to visit on occasions, and may also go out some days. There will be a total of 2 nannies, 3 housekeepers and one chef. Everyone works as a team and mucks in. Uniform is similar to what is worn on a yacht - white polo t shirt and blue trousers.

Accommodation provided in a nearby cottage which is shared with the other staff. Own room and bathroom. It is essential you can do the entire stint, ideally. Ideally you will be a driver with your own car to get there.
