A live in, or live out, calm, organised, flexible and experienced cook/chef is required to cook in a private household over the Christmas period. This job is best suited to someone experienced that has done these jobs before, and is able to come in and get on with things without too many questions. The candidate must also be flexible to work to any last minute changes or requests. There will be 10 people staying in the house, with possibly 3-4 more for Christmas Day lunch and a potential drinks party. There will be a Housekeeper helping with serving and clearing. The cook will need to be happy to do all shopping, cooking, menu planning, presenting the food, washing up kitchen items and keeping the kitchen organised and clean.

A fully responsible and passionate cook is required that loves nothing more than cooking seasonally, with amazing presentation - platter style mainly but if there is a dinner party depending on the menu some may be more formally plated. This will be a properly paid role and really needs someone good and capable. You must be a driver with your own car and can either live in or live out.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner. 22nd December is a prep day. First meal will either be lunch or dinner on 23rd (TBC). Really needs someone totally unflappable and used to working for High Profile clients with potential different dietaries and requirements.. Need 110% commitment to the job, we will be fully checking all recent references. You must have a full portfolio of recent food photos, and ab le to produce sample menus quickly and easily in line with clients requirements, this should not be stressful for you. You must also be happy to have direct interaction with the client and able to be discreet but also friendly. Open plan kitchen.
