A cook is required 30th November - 2nd December 2024 who is (ideally) Northern Based who is able to come and cook for a busy shoot weekend for up to 18 people.

Friday dinner (canapes, main and pudding)
Sat bfast - cooked
Sat Elevenses - hot soup/sausage rolls etc
Sat Shoot Lunch - not in the house, in a ruin temple not far from the house but need your wellies - one main course then cheese, biscuits and chocolate -Sat Afternoon tea - egg sandwiches, triangles and cake -Sat dinner - 3 courses - starter, main and pudding
Sun bfast - Eggs Florentine or similar
Sun lunch possibly, but much lower numbers and most people will have left

Good home style cooking, but really good and all cooking must be done at the house. Self contained flat available to stay in next to the house. There is help from the permanent staff with serving and clearing. Someone used to working in rural homes, and happy working in a rural environment is best suited to this job. Must be a driver with a car to get there.
