Based in Hindhead, Surrey GU26, this is a live out position and must be someone local with a car to come in daily, happy to work weekends. Fabulous opportunity to join a busy family looking for a super candidate to help their lives run smoothly!
Days and Hours: Saturday 6.30am-5pm, Sunday 6.30am-1pm, with flexibility at times to finish later if required at times.
Family set up: 2 main principals (mother and father) and two children aged 11 years - girl/boy – Twins – no pets
The job will be to do a range of things to ensure the household is kept running smoothly and the children are looked after and kept safe and organised! Jobs will include, but not limited to:
Taking to weekend activities/clubs/parties/playdates – a car will be provided – must have driving licence Shopping, ordering and running errands Cooking for the children – the female principal will give guidance on what she would like them to eat - all organic, healthy and fresh, cooked from scratch Assisting with childrens homework, or any ongoing projects the children need to do Making sure all the childrens things are ready for school on Monday morning To be fun, but sensible, with the children - organise fun activities etc, take them to clubs, play dates etc, arrange fun things for them to do in holidays etc. Any other ad-hoc tasks as per request form the clients to ensure their lives run as smoothly as possible
The ideal candidate will be reliable, flexible, conscientious, precise and happy to work in the way the principal would like things done. A ‘nothing is too much trouble’ attitude is required in this household!
Salary circa £25-30/hour on a payroll (approx £26,500 for 1.5 days a week). This is a live out role so you need to be local with a car. Full Holiday pay and Pension scheme (statutory).
Essential: The candidate must have had previous private household experience with contactable references. Must be confident, well presented and physically fit. Must be happy to be spending lots of time with the children who are 11 and keeping them happy and safe. Driver, ideally with own car for commuting in daily
