Fantastic opportunity for a houskeeper to join a busy team in of 10 housekeepers in a large private household near Burford. You will be required to work 5 days out of 7 per week (two consecutive days off). The housekeeper must be happy, and prepared, to work every other weekend. If the housekeeper would prefer to work every weekend, with two week days off this would be great too, but not essential.

The ideal person will have previous yachting/private household/ 5* hotel experience, hard working, be reliable, be down to earth, flexible, able to work as part of a very friendly team to a high standard and lots of initative and drive to get things done.

Tasks include all usual housekeeping duties: cleaning, laundry, making beds, able to assist with all and anything required really, be flexible and work well in a team. This role will report to the Head Housekeeper, so must be able to take instruction is essential.

Housekeeper must be a driver with a car due to the rural location. This is a live out role.

DBS check is essential.

Hours: 40 hour week, 5 days a week to include every other weekend. Shifts are either 7am-3pm or 12pm-8pm on rotation. Salary: £35,000 - 38,000 DOE
