Seeking a live out housekeeper in London N1 for 2 days a week approx 4-5 hours each day (ideally Monday and Friday but would consider Tuesday and Saturday also). Salary is negotiable but based anywhere from £20-£25/hour.
The house is comprised of four floors however the basement flat is separate and will not require cleaning by the housekeeper. The rest of the property is spread over three floors and has three bedrooms. Two people are resident all the time with a child coming every two weeks.
They do not require cooking or grocery shopping/errands as part of the role at this stage. They do not have any pets either.
Duties to include (but not limited to):
Cleaning - all aspects of cleaning within the property, polishing, vacuuming, mopping, specialist cleaning if required
Laundry - all aspects of laundry, knowledge of cleaning specialist fabrics and garment care essential along with wardrobe management
Bed changing - making up and stripping beds, washing and laundering bed linen appropriately
Making the household presentable and tidy.
Stock management of cleaning products - replacing and replenishing any cleaning products
Accepting deliveries and dealing with couriers - the nature of the principal’s work means a lot of deliveries and returns come and go from the house, therefore the candidate needs to be a proficient communicator and comfortable accepting and returning deliveries
