Chef required for a christening in Northstoke, Oxfordshire on 4th August 2019.
Service is at 11am, so they are looking to eat around 12.30. The client is putting up a small marquee in the garden for food to be served in. They would like a buffet lunch and puddings. Perhaps a BBQ with big bowls of salad. Or poached salmon and cold meats etc. Everything must be seasonal and fresh. They will also need food for the children. They would like something relaxed and prepped as much as possible before chefs arrival.
Approx 10 kids aged 6 months up to 4 years, 30 adults. The client would like the chef to arrange glass, china, cutlery, trestle table hire. One guests in gluten free and the client and her sister are vegan.
