A capable cook is required for the following dates for Hebridean Island and Wildlife Cruises on the Scottish West Coast.
18 May - 27 May
29 May - 7 June
29 June - 8 July
10 Aug - 19 Aug
21 Aug - 30 Aug
Required to do breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and 3 course plated dinner with canapes for the guests. You must be capable of cooking in very small, limited conditions and able to cook with food that is available and seasonal, local as opposed to only being able to cook to planned menus. Important you can work well in a team and are happy to be flexible.
£120 a day plus travel to and from boat.
