To start ASAP - May 2020 (possibly ongoing) - evening chef required 2/3 times a week for professional athlete - Chelsea, London

A FREELANCE chef is required on a part time basis in Chelsea from as soon as possible until May 2020 (possibly ongoing). It is important the chef has nutritional knowledge and is able to cook healthy food that tastes and looks lovely. You must be extremely organised and committed to working in a part time job in London (this is not right for someone that is whizzing off here there and everywhere doing jobs abroad etc and asking for weeks/days off all the time).

  • 2/3 times a week

  • Professional athlete

  • Cooking for 1-2 persons

  • Time at house would be 5:30-7:30pm plus shopping time (or however long the chef needs to prepare the food - min 5 hour shift for the chef)

  • Looking for healthy meals – nutritious, balanced diet, professional athlete diet, 3 courses.

  • To do the shopping (fresh meats/fish) and meal planning

  • To do supper only

  • The client can eat everything apart from shellfish

  • Usually only cooking for 1 person but there may be days he has a friend to cook for as well

  • Important the food is healthy

  • Potentially prep food for other days (tbc) and would increase hours

  • Location: Chelsea Creek

  • Chef must be freelance, reliable and able to commit to the same set days each week and to invoice the client direct
