The property is 120 years old, recently beautifully renovated, sleeps up to 40 and is set in a stunning but remote part of rural Scotland.
They are looking for an experienced hospitality manager to manage all aspects of the business including: maintenance, renovations, housekeeping, sales and marketing, customer relations, f&b, events, budgeting and book keeping. The ideal candidate may be a couple ready and willing to settle in the countryside and it is likely that both can find a role in the business. If one part of the couple was a chef, that would be great too. A competitive package will be offered with potential for profit share or equity participation. Accommodation will be provided.
