A really good, passionate and creative chef is required ASAP until the end of the ski season (May 2018). You should be capable of cooking breakfast, afternoon tea and 3-4 course evening dinners with canapes to a high standard for demanding guests. Presentation of your food should be immaculate.
You should be happy to work the whole season, work hard and work as part of a team. £1600/month plus all the usual perks - ski pass/hire, accommodation and tips.
